Museum well received

On January 17, 2019, the motorsports museum opened its doors to the giants of the sport, as token of respect for having laid down the foundation on which we now stand. One of the dominant drivers of the 1970’s era was ecstatic with the opening of the museum. Charlie Moron, owner and driver of ‘The Godfather”, confessed that it was his dream to have a museum like this, and now, to have his name and his pictures in one is just amazing.

As the museum is initially housed in a small office at 16 EAST, small groups of visitors are preferable. The exhibits are composed of mostly original items, being photographs, newspaper articles, objects and video footage. Only when absolutely necessary are duplicates used.

The local exhibit of drag race covers: the Koral Tabak era, selected history of the top category, being A-competition, pro stock (500 c.i.d.) and mountain motor pro stock (Top Gun).
